In accordance with 10CFR54.21(d),an FSAR supplement was provided with the application for renewed operatinglicenses. Table 15.6-1 of the FSAR supplement for MPS Unit 2 (MPS2) containedthirty seven commitments that were to be completed prior to the period of extendedoperation. Completion of these commitments prior to the period of extended operationwas also specified in MPS2 Renewed License Condition 2.C(1 1) issued on November28, 2005 (ML 053220409).Specifically, MPS2 Renewed License Condition 2.C(1 1) states, "The FSARsupplement, as revised, describes certain future activities to be completed prior to theperiod of extended operation. DNC shall complete these activities no later than July 31,2015, and shall notify the NRC in writing when implementation of these activities iscomplete and can be verified by NRC inspection".Pursuant to MPS2 Renewed License Condition 2.C(1 1), DNC is providing writtennotification that the thirty seven commitments listed in Table 15.6-1 of the MPS2 FSARhave been completed and are ready for verification by NRC inspection.If you have any questions regarding this submittal, please contact Diane Aitken at(804) 273-2694.Sincerely,Mark D.
