MILLSTONE POWER STATION UNIT 2 IMPLEMENTATION OF LICENSE RENEWAL COMMITMENTS By letter dated January 20, 2004 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML040260070), Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc (DNC) submitted an application pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of FederalRegulations (CFR), Part 54 for renewal of Operating Licenses DPR-65 and NPF-49 for Millstone Power Station (MPS), Units 2 and 3, respectively. In accordance with 10CFR54.21(d),

an FSAR supplement was provided with the application for renewed operating licenses. Table 15.6-1 of the FSAR supplement for MPS Unit 2 (MPS2) contained thirty seven commitments that were to be completed prior to the period of extended operation. Completion of these commitments prior to the period of extended operation was also specified in MPS2 Renewed License Condition 2.C(1 1) issued on November 28, 2005 (ML053220409).

Specifically, MPS2 Renewed License Condition 2.C(1 1) states, "The FSAR supplement, as revised, describes certain future activities to be completed prior to the period of extended operation. DNC shall complete these activities no later than July 31, 2015, and shall notify the NRC in writing when implementation of these activities is complete and can be verified by NRC inspection".

Pursuant to MPS2 Renewed License Condition 2.C(1 1), DNC is providing written notification that the thirty seven commitments listed in Table 15.6-1 of the MPS2 FSAR have been completed and are ready for verification by NRC inspection.
