This pre-submittal meeting will include both open and closed sessions. The open p ortion of the meeting will allow for public participation; however, during the closed portion of the   meeting proprietary information will be presented and access will be limited. In support of this me eting, CEG is submitting both proprietary and non-proprietary versions of the pre-submittal m eeting presentation material.
