Pre-Submittal Meeting Presentation Material Peach Bottom ECCS Compensated Level System Replacement Project Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) has scheduled a pre-submittal meeting with the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on May 14, 2024, to discuss a proposed licensing initiative for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS), Units 2 and 3, for supporting the Emergency Core Cooling System (ECCS) Compensated Level Replacement Project. This pre-submittal meeting will include both open and closed sessions. The open portion of the meeting will allow for public participation; however, during the closed portion of the meeting proprietary information will be presented and access will be limited. In support of this meeting, CEG is submitting both proprietary and non-proprietary versions of the pre-submittal meeting presentation material.
Accordingly, Attachment 1 (Peach Bottom ECCS Compensated Level System Replacement Project Presentation Material) contains information proprietary to Curtiss-Wright Corporation (Curtiss-Wright) and Curtiss-Wright requests that this document be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4). An affidavit supporting this request is contained in. Attachment 3 contains a non-proprietary version of the pre-submittal meeting presentation material in which Curtiss-Wright proprietary information has been redacted.
Information that has been redacted is reflected by use of double brackets ((( ))).
