We have reviewed your {{letter dated|date=October 27, 2021|text=letter dated October 27, 2021}} (Agencywide Document Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML21306A253), requesting authority to test the Distributed Control System and the Process Telephone System for the High Assay Low Enriched Uranium (HALEU) cascade at the American Centrifuge Plant in Piketon, Ohio.
An authority to test has been granted by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
Authorizing Official and is provided in the enclosure.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
