We have reviewed your letter dated October 27, 2021 (Agencywide Document Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML21306A253), requesting authority to test the Distributed Control System and the Process Telephone System for the High Assay Low Enriched Uranium (HALEU) cascade at the American Centrifuge Plant in Piketon, Ohio.
