'.-- t 2-AP-22.4 Page 2 of 4 11-29-79 1.0 Purpose 1.1 This procedure provides irmnediate and long term operator actions-to be taken in removing 2-FW-P-3A and/or 3B from service as a Steam Generators Feed Source via the MOV Header.

2.0 Indications 2.1 None 3.0 Probable Cause 3.1 Auxiliary feedwater system is in an improper lineup.

NOTE: Required lineup in modes 1, 2, 3, and 4 is 2-W-P-3A is lined up to "C" steam generator, 2-W-P-3B is lined up to "B" steam generator.

5.1 Place the Pump Control Mode Selector switch (es) for the Aux-iliary Steam Generator Feedwater Puzp(s), 2-FW-P-3A and/or 3B to the " Pull-to-Lock" position.

5.2 Close and lock 2-W-64 and 128 (MOV Ndr. to "A" and "C" Stm.

Gen.).

5.3 If required, close 2-W-173 (2-W-P-3A Disch. to MOV Edr.) .

5.4 If required, open 2-W-174 (2-W-P-3A Disch. to KCV Hdr.).

5.5 Verify open MOV-W-200B, 200D and NCV-EV-200C (Normal Auxiliary Feedwater Pucp Lineup).

5.6 Make-up to 2-CN-TK-1 as required.
