2-AP-22.7 Page 2 of 5 11-29-79 1.0 Purcose 1.1 This procedure provides indication of, probable causes for and immediate and long term operator actions to be taken in the event of a loss of the Emergency Condensate Storage Tank 2-CN-TK-1.
2.0 Indications 2.1 ECST lo/lo level alam.
2.2 LI-CN-200 indicates decreasing level.
2.3 PI-FV-203A, 203B and 203C indicate decreasing AIV Pump Suction -
Pressure.
NOTE: An AW Pump Suction Pressure of 4 PSIG indicates as ECST Level of approximately 9 feet, which is the lo/lo level alam setpoint.
3.0 Probable Cause 3.1 Water supply to ECST being depleted.
3.2 Rupture of 2-CN-TK-1.

5.9 If it is not desired to fill 2-CN-TK-1 from the firemain syste:n or the service water syste:n unlock and close the following valves:
2-W-145 (Normal Suction for 2-W-P-2).
2- W-162 (Normal Suction for 2- W -P-3A).
2-W-180 (Normal Suction for 2-W-P-3B) .
NOTE: Return auxiliary feedwater syste:n to normal by 2-AP-22.8.

2-AP-22.7 Page 4 of 5 11-29-79 Initials 5.0 Long Term Ooerator Action NOTE: When level in emergency condensate storage tank reaches 9 feet (37.3% as read on LI-CN-200 in control room) or when suction pressure to aux feed water pumps reaches 4 psig, commence filling the emergency condensate storage tank.
5.1 Lineup either firemain or service water to supply auxiliary feed water as follows NOTE: Firemain or service water should be lined up to supply auxiliary feed water only in the event that 2-CN-TK-1 is unavailable or will become unavailable and all normal makeup sources to 2-CN-TK-1 are depleted, lost or insufficient and water MUST be added to the steam generator.
5.2 Open 2-FP-84 (Post Indicator Valve).
5.3 Close 2-FW-203.
5.4 Close 2-FW-176.
k 5.5 Unlock and open the following valves:
2-FW-147 (Alternate Suction for 2-FW-P-2).
i 2-FW-164 (Alternate Suction for 2-FW-P-3A). I i
2-FN-182 (Alternate Suction for 2-FW-P-3B).
5.6 If firemain is to be used start the desired fire pump.
NOTE: If 2-FP-02 is used actual water supply will be the S.W.
Reservoir. Firemain f rem the lake is the preffered l source of alternate mode up due to the chemistry of the, 1 S.W. Reservoir. l

NOTE: If the service water reservoir is used as the source of 'k water it must be noted that the S.W. Pumps Lose Suction at a Reservoir Level of 305" 6". S.W. Reservoir Level must be maintained according to T.S. 3.7.5.1.
