| By letter dated August 11, 2016 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML16224A262), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (the licensee, Exelon) requested the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to temporarily suspend review of two ongoing license amendment reviews for Clinton Power Station (CPS). On November 1, 2016 (ADAMS Accession No. ML16306A119), Exelon requested an extension of the time for Exelon to make a determination whether to withdraw the requests given the likelihood that the unit will cease operations by June 2017. The two license amendment requests (LARs) were submitted to the NRC by letters dated January 25 and April 4, 2016 (ADAMS Accession Nos. ML16025A182 and ML16095A285, respectively). | | |

By letter dated August 11, 2016 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML16224A262), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (the licensee, Exelon) requested the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to temporarily suspend review of two ongoing license amendment reviews for Clinton Power Station (CPS).
