1 In'accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, we are enclosing a requested amendment to' License. DPR-79 to chango .the TSs =of SQN Unit 2=.. The proposed change would allow the third-Type.A test-(containment integrated' leak rate test (CILRT}) . s and the 10-year.in-service inspection (ISI)-to be uncoupled and performed in a separate refueling ~ outages. The proposed-changes involve containment systems ^ l SectionV4.6'.1'.2.a'and bases Section 3/4 6.1.2, " Containment Leakage."

The subjest change is identical to TVA's previous TS Change 89-14 for SQN ,

. Unit l'(Reference 1) that was approved by NRC (Reference 2). TVA requests i

that NRC respond to this request by December 1, 1991, to enable TVA to schedulen Unit'2 test and outage work activities.
