A proposed determination' of.no.significant hazards consideration performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 is-iprovided in Enclosure 3. contains the 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, exemptionirequest. An environmental assessment has been performed pursuant to
-10 CFR:51.30 and~is provided with the 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, exemption request.
The subjest change is identical to TVA's previous TS Change 89-14 for SQN
. Unit l'(Reference 1) that was approved by NRC (Reference 2).
TVA requests i
- that NRC respond to this request by December 1, 1991, to enable TVA to schedule Unit'2 test and outage work activities.
