The amount of primary insurance carried is $180 million. This coverage is provided by the following: Company Policy Number Limits Nuclear Risk Insurers Limited M11UL1961 $180,000,000 The effective dates of the policy are September 19, 2015 to September 19, 2016. On June 26, 1986, the Commission approved an exemption from the requirement to carry primary property damage insurance coverage in the full amount called for by 10 CFR 50.54(w) (1) (i), provided that primary property damage insurance be maintained in an amount not less than $180 million. On September 12, 1983, the Commission approved an exemption from the requirement to carry excess property insurance.
