Nuclear Regulatory Commission, "Application for Order Approving License Transfer and Conforming Administrative License Amendments," dated October 8, 2015 As documented in Reference 1, Dairyland and LaCrosseSolutions,LLC ("Solutions") have submitted an application requesting that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approve the transfer of Dairyland's Possession Only License No. DPR-45 for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR) to Solutions. The Applicants requested that the NRC approve the transfer of Dairyland's licensed possession, maintenance and decommissioning authorities to Solutions so as to implement expedited decommissioning at the LACBWR Site.
The purpose of this transmittal is to provide the NRC with the LACBWR decommissioning trust fund balance in support of the LACBWR license transfer amendment review. The trust fund balance as of September 30, 2015 was $93,215,477.17.
