Recently Dairyland has added an Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) for storing the spent fuel from the plant.

While our liability insurance policies have been endorsed to reflect this addition to the defined nuclear facility, the Indemnity Agreement has not. We respectfully request that the Indemnity Agreement be endorsed as well to accurately defime the nuclear facility. Enclosed please find documentation defining the additional facilities.
