Inaccordancewiththerequirementsof10CFR50.4,"WrittenCommunications,"paragraph (b)(6),DairylandPowerCooperative(DPC)submittedtheAugust2023revisionoftheD Plan/PSDARforLACBWR(Reference3).Inaccordancewith10CFR50.71(e)(4),theupdateis beingsubmittedwithin24monthsofthepreviousrevisionwhichwassubmittedinReference1.

LAC14541 Page2of2 ThereactorfacilitydecommissioningactivitiesaddressedbytheLACBWRLTParenowcomplete andthereisnolongeraneedfortheLTPtobemaintainedorupdatedinaccordancewith either10CFR50.82,TerminationofLicense,or10CFR50.71,MaintenanceofRecords, MakingofReports.AnewLTPwillberequiredinthefutureinaccordancewith10CFR 50.82(a)(9)tosupportdecommissioningthegenerallylicensedLACBWRISFSIandfinal terminationoftheLACBWRlicense.

Therearenoregulatorycommitmentscontainedinthissubmittal.

ThisDPlan/PSDARupdatewaspreviouslyprovidedon7/27/2023onatotalreplacementbasis, satisfyingthesubmittalrequirementsofI0CFR50.4(b)(6),asdiscussedinReference2.The changestotheDPlan/PSDARreflecttransferofthelicensedfacilityfromLaCrosseSolutions,LLC (LS)backtoDPC,whichreducedthelicensedareatothe38.9acreOwnerControlledAreaof theISFSIandreflectsthestandaloneISFSIstatus.
