Dairyland Power Cooperative La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR)

Possession-Only License No. DPR-45 On-Site Property Damage Insurance

Reference:

(1) 10 CFR Part 50, Section 50.54(w) (3)

In accordance with the provisions of Reference 1, the following information is submitted for the purpose of reporting the level and sources of on-site property damage insurance carried for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR) which is located at Genoa, Wisconsin.

The amount of primary insurance carried is $180 million. This coverage is provided by the following:

Company Policy Number Limits Nuclear Risk Insurers Limited M11UL1961 $180,000,000 The effective dates of the policy are September 19, 2015 to September 19, 2016.

On June 26, 1986, the Commission approved an exemption from the requirement to carry primary property damage insurance coverage in the full amount called for by 10 CFR 50.54(w)

(1) (i), provided that primary property damage insurance be maintained in an amount not less than $180 million.

On September 12, 1983, the Commission approved an exemption from the requirement to carry excess property insurance.
