Amendments to Facility License or Technical Specifications On June 3,1999, Dresden Nuclear Power Station received Amendment Number 168 to the Unit 3 Technical Specifications. This Amendment allows Dresden Unit 3 to exclude from the Technical Specifications the Safety Valve Function of the Target Rock safety relief valve.
