We are also providing a redline/strikeout version of the final survey methodology for ease of review. In finalizing the survey methodology, the NRC staff considered and incorporated, as appropriate, the input received from the Oglala Sioux Tribe and Crow Butte Resources, Inc. during the August 25 and 18 meetings, respectively.

Attached please find the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staffs final survey methodology to identify sites of historic, cultural, and religious significance to the Oglala Sioux Tribe. We are also providing a redline/strikeout version of the final survey methodology for ease of review. In finalizing the survey methodology, the NRC staff considered and incorporated, as appropriate, the input received from the Oglala Sioux Tribe and Crow Butte Resources, Inc. during the August 25 and 18 meetings, respectively.
 
A meeting to coordinate logistics for the final survey will be scheduled with the Oglala Sioux Tribe, Crow Butte Resources, Inc., and the NRC staff on September 15, 9-10am MT. You should receive the meeting invite shortly.
