! Blackout Rule 10 CFR 50,63 (TAC Nos, 68588 and 68589)" i On April 13, 1989, we submitted our response to the Station Blackout Rule (Ref. 1). Our response outlined the modifications and associated procedure changes that we are implementing to meet the requir m ents of 10 CFR 50,63; we also provided our planned completion date. On Septennber 21,.1990 we received the referenced Safety Evaluation Report from the NRC. The cover letter for the Safety Evaluation Report requested that we provide a schedule-for l implementation of the requirnd hardware and associated procedure modifications ,

l to the staff. The schedule included in our April 13, 1989 response is still valid.
