Reactor Facility. The inspection included a review of activities authorized for your facility.

The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.

Various aspects of your safety program were inspected incliding selective examinations of

procedures and representative records, and interviews with personnel. Based on the-

.results of this inspection, no significant safety issues were identified.
