Application for Amendment of Operating License Enclosed please find Omaha Public Power District's (OPPD) " Application for Amendment of Operating License" which seeks to amend the Fort Calhoun Station Unit No.1 Technical Specifications.                                                                          The changes requested are to revise fuel oil storage requirements, place restrictions on operation of the 161kV line, and administrative changes.
Attachment A contains a markup reflecting the requested changes of the Technical Specification. Attachment B provides a Discussion, Justification and No Significant Hazards Consideration Analysis, for the changes requested. OPPD respectfully requests 60 days from the date of issuance to implement these changes.
