The local control station selector switches (C-H type 10250T) which are used in class 1E circuits in the vertical pipe chase, auxiliary feedwater pump

, turbine room, RHR heat exchanger room, gas stripper room, and the RBR pump room lack environmental qualification data to substantiate their required operation following a high energy line break.

Engineering Design has evaluated the problem and the following handswitches have been removed from service by disconnecting and eliminating their function from the control circuit.
