The proposed change in methodology was requested in Exelon's letter dated February 3, 2015 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML15034A573). The meeting is closed since the information to be discussed is sensitive unclassified non-safeguards information (proprietary commercial information).
