U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION REGION I NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING MN-17-013 April 5, 2017 Licensee: Exelon Generation Company, LLC Facilities: Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3 Docket Nos.: 50-277 and 50-278 Date/Time: May 3, 2017 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Location: Peach Bottom Inn 6085 Delta Road Delta, PA 17314

Purpose:

The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will host an open house and meet with the public to discuss the NRCs assessment of safety performance at Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station for 2016, as described in the annual assessment letter dated March 1, 2017. The NRC will respond to questions on specific performance issues at the plant and our role in ensuring safe plant operations.

NRC Attendees: Daniel Schroeder, Chief, Division of Reactor Projects, Branch 4 Justin Heinly, Senior Resident Inspector Brian Smith, Resident Inspector Public Participation: This is a Category 3 Meeting. The NRC staff will hold an open house to discuss Exelons performance at Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station during calendar year 2016. NRC staff will be available, in an informational setting, to answer questions from members of the public and discuss issues or concerns related to Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station.
