Location: Mt. Nebo Methodist Church 962 Flintville Road Delta, PA 17314 (meeting room located in lower level)

Purpose:

The NRC requested an Annual Assessment Meeting with Exelon to review the results of the NRC's assessment of the safety performance of the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station for calendar year 2009. The NRC's assessment is documented in a letter dated March 3, 2010.

Rosebrook, Senior Project Engineer, Branch 4 Licensee: W. McGuire, Site Vice President, Peach Bottom G. Stathes, Plant Manager, Peach Bottom J. Kovalchick, Site Security Manager, Peach Bottom J. Armstrong, Regulatory Assurance Manager, Peach Bottom Public Participation: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjoumed.
