ERCU Ef fluent Line Monitors (0-RE-90-134,141) were declared inoperable while maintenance was perforced on the flow switch which provides the low flow alarm.
Conditi,on,s Prior to Occurrence:
Unit 1 in Mode 6 with all fuel loaded.
Apparent Cause of Occurrence:
The flow switch providing the low flow alarn was dirty and would not perform its function until it was cicaned.
Analysis of Occurrence:
, There was no hazard to the public health or safety.
Corrective Action:
The flow switches were cleaned and a PMI periedically checks them.
