On May 23, 2007, the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission completed an inspection at your Oyster Creek Generating Station. The enclosed inspection report documents the inspection results which were discussed on May 23, 2007, with Mr. A. Farenga of your staff.
 
This inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to safety, common defense and security, and compliance with NRC Orders related to the transportation of radioactive material and the handling of safeguards information. The inspection was based upon Temporary Instruction (TI) 2201/001 - Inspection of Additional Security Measures for Radioactive Material Quantities of Concern (RAMQC). The inspectors reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel.
 
Based on the results of this inspection, no violations were identified. No reply to this letter is required.
