Dear Sir or Madam:

Pursuant to the provisions of 1 O Code of Federal Regulations {CFR) 50.4, 1 O CFR 50.54(p ), 1 O CFR 73.55(r), and 10 CFR 50.90, Holtec Decorimiissioning International, LLC (HDI) is svbmitting Revision 2 to the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Only (ISFSIO) Security Plan.

(Security Plan). The changes to the ISFSIO Security Plan Revision 2 were implemented September 24, 2024. Additionally, Revision 1 of the Security Plan was implemented on August 1, 2024. In accordance with 1 O CFR 50.54(p)(2), HDI is submitting this change within 60 days of implementation of Revision 1 and Revision 2 (s1,1bmiss;on required no later than September 30, 2024).

The ISFSIO Security Plan was revised as follows:

1. Provide updated Aerial Photos of the facility. (Revision 1)

2. The Owner Controlled Area (OCA) is red.efined. (Revision 1) 3.* Change to reference Code of Federal Regulations as. it!pertains to reportability. (Revision 2)

The revised ISFSIO Security Plan Revisions 1 and 2 change packages are attachments to this letter. The attachments include de.tails of the changes, 50.54(p) review and other change supporting documents..

• The attachments to this submittal contain "Safeguards Information" as defined by 10 CFR 73.22 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuais is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and must be protected accordingly.
