The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the Regulatory Conference is to discuss the risk significance of the inspection finding documented in Inspection Report 05000269,270,287/2006012. This finding involved the apparent untimely corrective actions in resolving east penetration room blowout panel-related deficiencies for all three Oconee Units. | |||

Dear Mr. Hamilton:
