This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Graham Davenport of your staff and Mr. Robert Carroll of this office on April 19, 2006, concerning a Regulatory Conference, being conducted at your request, which has been scheduled for May 17, 2006, from 10:00 am to Noon. The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the Regulatory Conference is to discuss the risk significance of the inspection finding documented in Inspection Report 05000269,270,287/2006012. This finding involved the apparent untimely corrective actions in resolving east penetration room blowout panel-related deficiencies for all three Oconee Units.
