One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 0-13B4 Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE: This meeting is to discuss with the licensee an apparent violation of a license condition on the fire protection program. The apparent violation was stated in an NRC letter dated January 31, 2013, Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML13017A456, which is available from the NRC's web site, www.nrc.gov.using the search feature at the top of the home page.

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
