This refers to an in vestigation co nducted by the NRC's Office of In vestigations regard ing activities at Wolf Creek Generating Station. The Office of Investigations initiated the investigation to determine whether a former quality assurance/qua lit y control non-destructive testing supervisor at Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Company's Wolf Creek Generat ing Station , Burlington, Kansas , was subjected to discrim in ation when he raised a concern regarding a potential hostile work environment.
 
Based on the evidence developed during the investigat ion , the allegation that a former quality/quality control non-destructive testing supervisor employed by Wolf Creek Genera t ing Station was subjected to discriminat i on when he raised a concern r egarding a potential hostile work environment was not substantiated. The NRC plans no further action related to the disc r imination aspect of this allegation and considers th is investigation closed. You should note that final NRC documents may be made available to the public under the Freedom of Inf ormation Act subject to reda c t ion of information pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act. Requests under the Freedom of I nformat i on Act should be made in accordance with 10 CFR 9.23 , Requests for Records.
