Run David's flaw evaluation spreadsheet with the attached input deck, and change the residual stress to be constant through-wall at 110% of yield stress (assume yield stress for Inconel of 372 MPa). This will be a bounding case. Run for crack growth rate parameters of 0.242, 0.438, 0.654, 0.988, and 1.780, all times 10^-12.
