Please make the appropriate pen and ink change in the subject report to reflect the correction. On October 31, 2013, the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued the subject inspection report for the Shearon Harris Nuclear Plant using Temporary Instruction 2515/186 (ML13305B047). In reviewing this report, we identified an administrative error regarding the incorrect inspection report number. The correct report number should be 05000400/2013406 instead of 05000400/2013404. Please make the appropriate pen and ink change in the subject report to reflect the correction. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter, will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
