ERRATA LETTER FOR SHEARON HARRIS NUCLEAR PLANT - NRC TEMPORARY INSTRUCTION 2515/186 INSPECTION REPORT 05000400/2013404
Dear Mr. Hamrick:
On October 31, 2013, the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued the subject inspection report for the Shearon Harris Nuclear Plant using Temporary Instruction 2515/186 (ML13305B047). In reviewing this report, we identified an administrative error regarding the incorrect inspection report number. The correct report number should be 05000400/2013406 instead of 05000400/2013404. Please make the appropriate pen and ink change in the subject report to reflect the correction. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter, will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
