SUBJECT: SHEARON HARRIS NUCLER POWER PLANT - NRC MATERIAL CONTROL AND ACCOUNTING INSPECTION REPORT 05000400/2013407
On December 31, 2013, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a material control and accounting inspection at your Shearon Harris Nuclear Plan The enclosed inspection report documents the inspection results, which were discussed on January 30, 2014, with you and other members of your staf This inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to safety and compliance with the Commissions rules and regulations and with the conditions of your licens The inspectors reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personne Based on the results of this inspection, no findings were identifie In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390, Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding, of the NRC's Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRCs Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
