The attached letter from Dr. Dale E. Slagel, M.D. to Mr. Eugene Grecheck includes a summary of Mr. Washington's current physical examination and any pertinent lab data. As noted in Dr. Slagel's letter, Mr. Washington's medical condition is stable. We will continue to monitor Mr. Washington's physical condition (including mental status) on a routine basis and provide yearly medical status reports for Mr. Washington.
