RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 NOTICE OF ORGANIZATION CHANGE This is to inform you of a change in senior management within Union Electric Company (dba Ameren Missouri) for Callaway Plant. Specifically, Mr. Timothy E. Herrmann, formerly the Vice President, Engineering, has been promoted to Site Vice President. In that position, Mr. Herrmann replaces Mr. David Neterer who is retiring. (The position of Vice President, Engineering has been eliminated.)

Mr. Fadi Diya remains in his position as Senior Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer.
