2) 20-Day Response to NRC Order for Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures, ULNRC-04621 dated March 18, 2002.
3) Request for Extension of Time to Submit an Answer or Request a Hearing, ULNRC-04622 dated March 18, 2002
4) Supplement to 20-Day Response to NRC Security Order, ULNRC-04658 dated May 13, 2002
5) NRC Letter from John A. Zwoliski, Director of Division of Licensing Project Management, to Garry L. Randolph, Senior Vice President-Generation and Chief Nuclear Officer, Callaway Plant dated June 17, 2002.
6) Follow-up to Request for Extension of Time to submit an Answer or Request a Hearing, ULNRC-04686 dated June 20, 2002.

Reference 1 issued a U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Order to Union Electric Company (AmerenUE or UE), that modifies the current operating license for Callaway Plant. Reference 2 submitted AmerenUE's required twenty-day response to provisions of the Order. Reference 3 submitted AmerenUE's request for a subsidiaryof Ameren Corporation

ULNRC-04717 August 30, 2002 Page 2 additional time to respond to certain provisions of the Order or to request a hearing.

Reference 4 provided supplementary information in response to the Order. In Reference 5 NRC found that AmerenUE had satisfied the twenty-day reporting requirements of the Order, with the exception of Interim Compensatory Measures (ICM) B.2.a(2). AmerenUE provided the follow-up information for ICM B.2.a(2) in Reference 6.

In accordance with Reference 1, this letter provides notification to the NRC that AmerenUE is in full compliance with the Order as discussed in Reference 2 through 4, and Reference 6. This response is hereby submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.4.
