ONS-2016-013 Enclosure Oconee Nuclear Station Response to Request for Additional Information (RAI) Regarding Relief Request ON-GRR-001, Grace Period for OM Code Frequencies (Code Case OMN-20)

RAI-1

Pleas* provide a list of any applicable adopted ASME OM Code Cases and/or Code Cases tat might be used during the Fifth 10-year interval'that will make use of ASME OM Code Case OMN-20.

Duke *'eply:

A review of the Fifth-i10-year Interval IST plan for ONS did not identify any Code Cases that are currently being used. However, ONS considers that test frequencies contained in Code Cases are subject to the alternative described in this relief request (i.e., the grace allowed by OMN-20 is applicable to frequencies in Code Cases). Ifa Code Case is utilized in the ONS IST plan, this relief request would be applicable to the pertinent frequencies in that Code Case.
