Via Reference (1), NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC (NextEra) committed to follow the generic schedule provided in Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) letter to the NRC, Industry Initiative on Open Phase Condition (OPC), dated October 9, 2013. NEI has revised the industry initiative on OPC. NextEra commits to follow Revision 1 of the NEI OPC Initiative dated March 2015, or any subsequent revision issued by NEI on behalf of the industry.

Summary of Regulatory Commitments:

The Regulatory Commitment contained in Reference (1) states:

• NextEra will follow the generic schedule provided in the Nuclear Energy Institute letter to the NRC, Industry Initiative on Open Phase Condition, dated October 9, 2013.

NextEra is modifying this Regulatory Commitment to state:

• NextEra commits to adhering to the NEI Open Phase Condition Initiative, Revision 1, dated March 2015, or any subsequent revision issued by NEI. NextEra intends to follow the generic schedule therein.
