The Shift Technical Advisor (STA) was inadvertently omitted from Table 5.1, "Minimum Staffing For Emergencies," of Enclosure 2, Attachments 1 and 2 of Reference (1). Enclosure 1, Attachments 1 and 2 of this letter replaces Table 5.1.

This letter contains no new regulatory commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
