DPR-24 and DPR-27 2010 Annual Fatique Results Supplemental Response Via a teleconference with the NRC on April 13, 201I,NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC, determined that a clarification is necessary to the Annual Fatigue Results portion of the 2010 Fitness-For-Duty Program Performance Data.

Enclosure Iprovides the revised 10 CFR Part 26, Subpart I - Annual Fatigue Results.

This letter contains no new Regulatory Commitments and no revisions to existing Regulatory Commitments.

Point Beach v Summary of Corrective Actions 26.203(e)(2) 1 Analysis of Waiver Assessment Data:

During 2010. there were a total of 51 waivers utilized for 27 individuals. Forty-ninewaivers were for inclementweather (a blizzard). There were two (2) waivers utilized for one (1) maintenance individual foiiowing a Unit 2 reactor trip to perform required emergent electrical system Analysis of Fatigue Assessment Data:

There were a total of 14 fatigue assessments performedduring 2010. Thirteen (13) of the assessments were "for cause" following minor injuries and one (1) assessmentwas performed for an individual who seifdeclared fatigue.

During 2010, there were a total of 51 waivers utilized for 27 individuals. Fortynine(49) waivers were for inclementweather (a blizzard). There were two (2) waivers utilized for one maintenanceindividual foiiowing a Unit 2 reactor trip to perform required emergent electrical troubleshooting. Face-to-face assessments were performedfor ail individuals who required a Most Waivers waiver.
