DPR-24 and DPR-27 Updated Security Plan On April 28, 2004, Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) submitted a revised Security Plan for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 (PBNP) in response to NRC Order EA-03-086, "Order Requiring Compliance with Revised Design Basis Threat for Operating Power Reactors," dated April 29, 2003. Subsequent to that submittal, NRC issued requests for additional Information and NMC responded with proposed revisions to the Security Plan on July 29, August 5 and August 12, 2004.

In addition to clarifications developed by the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), this version incorporates revisions discussed with members of the NRC staff on August 19 and 20, 2004. Please replace the previously submitted PBNP Security Plan with the enclosed version.

This letter makes no new commitments or changes to existing commitments.
