1) Authorization for Interim Authority To Operate Extension for Enrichment Technology Company - United States Classified Centrifuge Assembly Building Systems, dated August 28, 2024 [ ML24198A0 86, ML2 4198A0 84]

In Reference 1, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) provided Enrichment Technology Company - United States (ECT USA), Interim Authority To Operate (IATO) its classified Centrifuge Assembly Building (CAB) systems.

In accordance with General Condition (b) of Reference 1, ETC USA is providing the AO and CISO the Octo ber 2024 monthly update for the Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) for classified CAB systems.

The enclosure contains Security Related Information and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and RIS 2005-31.
