1) IN-24-069-NRC, Request for Additional Information Regarding Louisiana Energy Services, LLC License Amendment Request 23 Changes to License Conditions and Raise Enrichment Limit to Less than 10 Weight Percent for Low Enriched Uranium Plus Production Systems (Enterprise Project Identification Number L-2023-LLA-0168)(ML24248A190, ML24248A191), dated 16 September 2024 In Reference 1, NRC provided the 2nd set of Requests for Additional Information (RAIs) for License Amendment Request (LAR) 23-02 regarding UUSA Nuclear Criticality Safety (NCS) and Integrated Safety Analysis (ISA) in order to complete their technical review. Enclosure 1 provides responses to questions asked regarding NCS. Enclosure 2 provides responses to questions asked regarding ISA. Enclosures 1 and 2 contain Security Related Information, as such, UUSA requests Enclosures 1 and 2 be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
