DTE Electric Company Submittal of Fermi 3 Periodic Reports This submittal provides periodic Fanni 3 reports as required by NRC regulations and license conditions for a Part 52 combined license holder. This submittal provides the following report updates:

Semi-Annual Departures Report Semi-Annual Changes, Tests and Experiments Report Semi-AnnuaJ Schedule for Implementation of Operational Programs and other License Conditions Report Semi-Annual Departures Report During the period from October 12, 2020 to April 12, 2021, there were no plant-specific deparb.Jres from the ESBWR DCD for Fermi 3.

Semi-Annual Changes, Tests, and Experiments Report During the period from October 12, 2020 to April 12, 2021, there were no changes, tests or experiments made pursuant to 10 CFR 50.59(c).

Semi-Annual Schedule Update for Implementation of Operational Programs and Other License Conditions. During the period from October 12, 2020 to April 12, 2021, there were no schedule updates. The scheduled implementation dates for the operational programs remain as "To Be Determinecr (TBD).
