Dear Mr. McGovern:

We have completed our review of the Final Status Survey Report for the decommissioning of Building 4. From the resnits of that review, in conjunction the findings of our own confirmatory survey, and confirmation that all radioactive wastes have been removed from the premises, we conclude that no t esidual radioactive contamination, above applicable release limits, remains on the premises. This facility may be released from radiological control.

Enclosed is an amendment to the above referenced license, terminating it, effective immediately.
