Re: Order on Consent Case #D200059005 This responds to the December 6, 1996 telephoned request from Mr. Marl.4.n Maduras of Cintichem regarding the reporting requirements in the above referenced Order on Consent.
Mr. Maduras explained to Barbara Youngberg of this Bureau that 3 Cintichem will no longer perform Sr-90 analysis on site, but will )
send groundwater monitoring samples to Teledyne for analysis. '
The results will not be available to Cintichem in time to meet the reporting deadlines in the Order. Barbara Youngberg agreed to an extension of the deadlines for the weekly and monthly reports.
