Termination of Licenses This letter is to affirm that all radioctive waste has been removed from the Cintichem site in Tuxedo,;NY and it either, has been disposed of or, is being treated in-preparation for proper disposal. All radioactive materials have been removed as the final condition for terminating the R-81 and the SNM-639 licences.

We request that the process for terminating these licences be resumed.
