LIST OF CORRECTIONS TO TESTIMONY OF FEMA WITNESSES The corrections listed below are all made to Exhibit A of the Prefiled Testimony of. the witnesses appearing on-behalf of the Federal Emergency Management Agency-(FEMA), entitled " Current FEMA Position on Admitted Contentions on New Hampshire Plans for Seabrook". _ The list is presented in two parts. The first reflects editorial changes. The second part O,x reflects brief changes and additions, the purpose of which is to clarify FEMA's position on the litigated contentions. 1 A. Editorial Changes

1. On page 3, last paragraph, line 3, under " FEMA RESPONSE", "above" is changed to "below".
2. On page 9, under '.' FEMA RESPONSE", in paragraph 1, after "Hampton Revised Contention III", the following contentions are added to the list: "Hampton Revised Contention IV to Revision 2. Basis (E) and Further Basis (A)2 (ETE issues)", and "Hampton Revised Contention VI Basis A (Rev. 1)".

i B. Clarifications to FEMA's Responses

1. On page 3, under " FEMA RESPONSE", the following is added and is noted on page 3A of the corrected text. "Under the State's Compensatory-Plan, the Town of Hampton Falls would be first contacted by the Rockingham County Dispatch Center. If no contact can be made or the town indicates that it has no response capabilities, then the State

(\ . will conduct all required notifications for the Town of Hampton Falls through the local compensatory staff at the IFO facility. The IF0 facility has all the necessary components of the communication network to do this. (See Rockingham County Dispatch Center Procedures, Volume 4B, pages 3, 5, 6, 9,12; see IF0 Controller Procedures, Volume 4, pages 11-1 through 11-7; see Local Liaison Procedures, Volume 4, pages 13-1 through 13-4 and Attachment 13-A.)"

2. On pagt 15, at the end of the first paragraph, the following is added and is noted on page 15A of the corrected text: "However, in FEMA's  ;

April 15, 1987 Affidavit in Opposition to Summary Disposition of Certain Contentions, item 31 of that document, FEMA noted that there were not any assurrnces that the employers of the Teamsters drivers made available by
